The National Fenestration Rating Council announced the publication and implementation of two technical documents. On May 6, 2024, the revised ANSI/NFRC 200: Procedure for Determining Fenestration Product Solar Heat Gain Coefficient and Visible Transmittance at Normal Incidence, and ANSI/NFRC 500: Procedure for Determining Fenestration Product Condensation Index Ratings will be available to rate the condensation index rating without the requirement of using the Linear Energy Analysis for Fenestration simulation methodology.
The latest revisions are identified as ANSI/NFRC 200-2023 [E0A2] and ANSI/NFRC 500-2024 [E0A2]. The main documents and addendum log or redline version may be found on the Technical Documents page of the NFRC website.
