Board Service Awards

The Board Service Awards are presented to outgoing members of the NFRC Board of Directors in recognition of their generous contributions to the leadership of the organization. Sue Schreiber and Ravi Srinivasan were honored.

Sue Schreiber, simulation technician, Quast Consulting and Testing, joined the NFRC Board in 2019 when she became chair of the Ratings Committee. During her board tenure, Schreiber served on the Governance Committee, the Finance Committee, Technical Interpretation Policy Committee and the Verification Policy Advisory Committee.

Ravi Srinivasan, professor and associate dean for research and strategic initiatives, University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction and Planning, was elected to the NFRC Board in 2019. During his six-year tenure, Srinivasan served on the Executive Committee as board secretary, as well as the Audit Committee.

“One of NFRC’s most valued assets is the volunteer force that serves the consensus process, guaranteeing that diverse voices are considered in decisions,” says NFRC CEO Deb Callahan. “By recognizing the generous contributions of time, expertise and leadership from this year’s award recipients, we hope they serve as inspiration to those who benefit from their hard work.”
