ODL Inc. and Pease Doors entered into an agreement for Pease Doors to acquire Zabitat, an ODL Inc. subsidiary. Zabitat is a direct-to-consumer building materials website. This transaction hopes to broaden the reach and offering of the existing Pease Doors product line.
