Cilio Technologies LLC, a developer of order management and field service software for home improvement manufacturers, retailers, and installers, will work with Pella Corp. to enhance visibility, clarity and accuracy of customer orders and project status, according to a news release. Pella will use Cilio's Partners Portal and Customer Installations Online (CiO) cloud-based software to improve communication and automate order management between sales branches, manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
Pella has more than 17 manufacturing locations and 200 showrooms across the U.S. Cilio's Partners Portal is designed to allow Pella's corporate offices and manufacturers to automate order entry directly from local branches and other channel partners and track order details in a single environment.
