Pella Windows & Doors of Arkansas and Missouri was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas, for the second year in a row. In its 12th year, Arkansas Business offers this program in partnership with Workforce Research Group.
The process
This program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Employers fill out a questionnaire about their company, while employees are asked to take a survey. These elements enable Workforce Research Group to gather direct input and candid feedback about the company’s work environment, helping to determine if it is truly one of the best in the state.
Pella Windows & Doors of Arkansas and Missouri is the locally owned dealer for the breadth of products that only come from Pella Corp. Pella has three local Windows & Doors stores, located in North Little Rock, Arkansas; Bentonville, Arkansas; and Springfield, Missouri.
