Registration is now open for the 2022 Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance Virtual Summer Conference, to be held June 6-9. The Summer Conference meeting schedule will continue to address association business and committee work with additional focus on Canadian issues, including the traditional update on Canadian codes and legislation, and also an overview of Building Knowledge Canada, whose mission is to improve the performance, quality, comfort, durability and energy efficiency of homes across Canada. In addition, participants can expect to hear firsthand about the results of the latest FGIA U.S. market studies through an industry update and forecast for windows, doors and skylights.
The conference theme will be "Bienvenue – Adventure Awaits You!" On Tuesday and Wednesday, event participants will have the opportunity to network during Virtual Happy Hours with this travel theme in mind. Participants will be invited to share their favorite travel stories and will compete in a trivia game about geographic topics. Prizes will be awarded during both networking events.
"While we are disappointed that we won't see our members in Montreal, this conference will remain a prime opportunity to get a lot of work done," says Florica Vlad, FGIA meetings manager.
