Roto Acquires Hungarian Company

 

Roto and Elzett officials sign acquisition papers

Roto Window and Door Technology (Roto FTT) has acquired the remaining 50% stake in the Hungarian company Elzett Sopron Felületkezelő Kft. from the French firm DOM Security Société par actions simplifiée. Roto FTT now holds 100% of the shares and is the sole owner of the company.

Acquisition details

With this step, Roto FTT aims to further expand its surface treatment capabilities, a core process in manufacturing window and door hardware. Future investments will increase the site’s capacity and continue to ensure long-term reliability and delivery performance.

The galvanization facility in Sopron, Hungary, will continue to support Roto FTT in meeting the standards and delivery reliability that customers expect.
