Soft Tech and FeneTech Join Forces After Parent Company Merger
Soft Tech and FeneTech will be included in a Window & Door Vertical group, following Compusoft Group's merger with 2020 Technologies.
Compusoft Group acquired Soft Tech in September 2020, and 2020 Technologies acquired FeneTech in October. The two parent companies, Compusoft and 2020 Technologies, then finalized a merger in December.
Compusoft Group’s further acquisitions First Degree Systems and AccessIT, publishers of the contractERP software, will also be part of the Window & Door vertical.
As the business works through the merger of the two brands to create a new business identity at the parent company level, the Window & Door Vertical businesses will also be working together to position a complementary and comprehensive product offering to the global fenestration industry, according to a news release.
“It’s been quite a journey over the last 15 months for Soft Tech, working with Compusoft to develop the business’s Window & Door Vertical. We’re excited about working with FeneTech, along with AccessIT and FDS in 2022 and beyond. These new relationships will create more opportunity and accessibility for all of our existing customers, as well as offer full end-to-end solutions for new prospects in the industry,” says Tyron Ball, managing director of Soft Tech.
“At FeneTech, we are excited to be able to approach the industry with a range of complimentary software products in order to bring the best solution to our customers and prospects. Although the journey has just started, the excitement level is very high as we begin to uncover the capabilities that collectively we can provide,” says Ron Crowl, managing director of FeneTech.
