Therma-Tru will relocate to the Chicago area later this year, parent company Fortune Brands Innovations announced.

A company spokesperson said the move aims to enhance career growth, innovation and collaboration opportunities.
Employees willing to relocate will receive assistance with moving costs and a pay increase to account for the higher cost of living. Those who are unable to move will be offered severance packages.
Employees who opt out of relocation will have a minimum 90-day advanced notice of their last day of work.
