About Parrish

Parrish brings more than 20 years of experience in the window and door industry, including a tenure at Pella Corp. where he held various leadership roles including engineering manager, chief safety engineer, and senior engineering team leader. His achievements include spearheading R&D initiatives, managing custom window design projects, leading specialized teams such as the Test Lab and Model Shop, plus oversight for external affairs. Throughout his career, Parrish has been committed to enhancing safety, performance, and product innovation.

In addition to his professional experience, Parrish recently served as executive chairman of the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance, where he played a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.

Under Parrish’s leadership, UHD Innovations intends to expand its product portfolio with new products and extend its leadership position further into residential markets and commercial applications.
