United Window & Door has made several upward moves in the company’s leadership in the areas of National Sales and Business Development.
The promotions
Gregg Proscia, currently Vice President of Sales & Marketing, will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Proscia joined United in 2012 after a 30-year career with a competitor in the vinyl window industry. Originally National Sales Manager, he was most recently VP of Sales & Marketing. While his role is staying, the same the new position will include the opportunity to mentor and guide the future leaders that will take United on to greater things in the future.
Dana Flint, currently National Account Manager/Lowes Division, will assume the role of Vice President of Sales/Lowes Division.
Flint joined United in 2015 as a Lowe’s TSM in New England. In his tenure at United, Flint has proven to be a key person in its growth and success with Lowe’s. Flint was a Business Development Manager/Lowe’s Division and most recently National Account Manager/Lowe’s. In 2020, Flint moved to Charlotte, NC to be closer to Lowe’s.
Mike Rose, currently Director of Business Development, will assume the role of Vice President of National Accounts.
Rose has worked at United since he was a teenager and joined fulltime in 2014, right out of college. Rose started in finance and then moved over to being a TSM in Lower NY State where he was a 2-time Salesperson of the Year. Most recently, Rose has been Director/Business Development with a focus on multi-location and/or national accounts. In an expanding role, Rose will be focusing on new business opportunities with national accounts like 84 Lumber, Carter, Lumber, ABC, and others.
Jeremy Downey, currently Sales Manager/Lowes Division, will assume the role of National Sales Manager/Lowes Division.
Downey joined United in 2018 as a Lowe’s TSM in Kentucky and surrounding markets. He had a promotion in 2022 to Sales Manager/Lowe’s Division. Downey was a help to Dana in managing the field personnel and day to day issues and problems. The company continues to grow its Lowe’s direct team.
