AquaSurTech introduces the LH1100 automatic Door Painting Machine. Designed to coat composite doors, the LH1100 is also suited to coat PVC window boxes and pre-cut lineals up to 8 feet long. The maximum painting coverage for the machine is 98 by 43 feet. It uses an Adtech 5-axis control system and has a spray gun speed of up to 15 meters per minute. The LH1100 features a discrete mode with the capability of flipping doors for two-sided painting, and an optional conveyor mode that accepts a continuous feed of doors. The machine applies coating evenly over multiple passes for optimum finish and uniform thickness and optimizes spray trajectory by bypassing cutouts, according to the company.
