DigiApp is a digital dosing system for the primer application using felt strips. The system automatically adjusts the dosing to variations in production speeds and keeps felt tongues from drying out or dripping when production is interrupted. It also monitors the values of the solvent emissions, has a touch screen and can save up to 500 settings. Suitable for VOC-reduced, MCL or MEK primers, it features eight individually acting pumps and is expandable up to 16.
