The System One offers a slim, narrow pivot hinge that enables free swing to pivot doors. It can be used in either single- or double-acting doors and incorporates all required pivot door components: the pivot system, floor plate, ceiling plate and top pivot.
System One addresses the need for smaller pivots. Standing 18 millimeters high, the System One pivot hinge measures less than half the size of its predecessor, fitting seamlessly into a 1-inch profile. Compact, it can bear doors weighing up to 1,100 pounds, providing strength with a minimal footprint. The hinge’s 32-millimeter width ensures compatibility with 1-¾-inch-thick pivot doors of any size and material, while keeping a small and concealable floor plate.
