  • Guardian Industries will close its Reedley, Calif., glass fabrication plant on May 2, citing ongoing economic challenges. The Reedley plant opened in 1985 and provides mirror and laminated glass for residential, commercial and interior applications.   • CopyTele, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, J-Channel Industries Corp., has entered into an agreement with YKK AP America Inc. in connection with JCIC's patented J-Channel Window Frame Construction technology.
