A+W Software hired Lee Lagazon as an application support specialist for A+W Clarity Customers.
In this role, Lagazon is responsible for troubleshooting customer support tickets, prioritizing tasks, implementing solutions in a timely manner to meet customer demands, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
Lazagon’s brings extensive, hands-on IT support knowledge of glass fabrication systems, demonstrated by his ability to comanage the complete re-write of a glass-fabrication software system. He brings with him customer-service skills, the ability to work with different teams to achieve a common goal, knowledge of technical issues within the glass fabrication process, and IT capabilities.
