Amerimax Windows and Doors is in the replacement window and door markets throughout the western U.S. It has plants in Loveland, Colorado, and Woodland, California.
Cascade Windows is a manufacturer of residential vinyl windows and doors headquartered in Spokane, Washington, and serves the western U.S. new construction housing industry. It has plants in Spokane, Tualatin, Oregon, Salt Lake City and Phoenix.
Company officials say Cascade will be better positioned to serve customers across the western U.S. by combining this presence with the Amerimax products, locations and associates.
