All Weather Architectural Aluminum announced new roles for Donna Esposito and Tim McCleery. Esposito was named sales manager and a member of the leadership team, and McCleery was named the new manager of product development and engineering.
About Donna Esposito
Esposito’s role will be crucial for All Weather to meet their goals for significant growth over the next five to 10 years. An industry veteran, she began her career with All Weather and already embraces the company’s culture and lives its core values. She has over 30-plus years of experience leading sales teams at companies, including Simonton, Ply Gem, Altera and Cascade. She has worked on both the residential and commercial sides of the business and has extensive experience in new product development.
About Tim McCleery
McCleery will be responsible for developing and executing All Weather’s new product development strategy. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fenestration industry, including the last eight years as the senior design engineer at LaCantina Doors where he focused on new product development and innovation. He was instrumental in leading the successful launch of the recently released V2 Folding Door.
