Palmer-Donavin promoted Matt Butzier to serve as chief operating officer, effective Aug. 1, which is a new role for the company. Butzier reports directly to CEO Robyn Pollina and is responsible for sales and operations for both the Building Material Division and Door Division. He most recently served as vice president/general manager of the building materials division.
Ron Calhoun says: “Robyn’s appointment of Matt as chief operating officer, aligns two of our senior leaders’ skillsets that truly complement each other. This position alignment reinforces the Palmer-Donavin brand and the unity we find with both divisions. We can leverage our resources to emerge much stronger in the markets we serve. I applaud Robyn’s appointment of Matt as one of her first initiatives to build her team and congratulate Matt for a well-deserved promotion and opportunity.”
“Matt and I will be working closely with the executive team to build the right structure for our future success," says Pollina. "We are committed to leading Palmer-Donavin with an effective team and increasing shareholder value for years to come.”
