PGT Innovations Completes Acquisition of NewSouth Window Solutions

PGT Innovations Inc. completed its acquisition of NewSouth Window Solutions.

PGT Innovations signed a definitive agreement in December to acquire NewSouth Window Solutions for a purchase price of $92 million. PGTI reports the move will enable it to enter the direct-to-consumer channel and underscores its strategy to grow in geographic areas outside of its core markets.
