Quanex and Advanced Screen Systems Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Unique Home Designs Inc., entered into an exclusive manufacturing agreement for ASSI’s screen systems featuring Meshtec technology. Under this partnership, Quanex will fabricate and distribute licensed products from ASSI and develop new applications to capitalize on the growing demand for high-performance window and door screens.
With its traditional insect screens, Quanex is positioned to provide upgraded screen solutions for window and door manufacturers that offer performance and expanded market opportunities. ASSI has established itself in this emerging market with designs and applications that are now available to Quanex. Together, they will establish a position in the high-performance screen market.
